Ingredients
.500 kgs Ground Turkey (extra lean)12 oz Mann's Broccoli Slaw1 onion diced/chopped1 garlic clove minced1 can Hunt's Thick & Rich Red pepper and Chili sauceUsed cumin, chili powder
Directions
Makes approx 6 1-cup servings

Brown ground turkey and diced onion. Add garlic, spices, broccoli slaw and tomatoe sauce. Simmered for about 5 minutes. Seving size about 1 cup.

    I used some cayenne powder as well. It was good on its own and also as a Sloppy Joe mix. We matched it with w/w sandwich thins and the kids loved it. - 12/2/10
