Vegetables and turkey ham quiche

Ingredients
6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 200 Turkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat 200 Artichokes, frozen 8 spear (about 5" long) Asparagus, canned 400 Green Beans (snap) 10 Corn Starch 1 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 2 cup Fat Free Milk - Lucerne
Directions
Mix all the veggies and add the turkey chopped. Beat all the eggs and add to the veggies. Add then the corn starch and the milk. Mix.
Coat an oven pan with oil and add the mixture. Preheat the oven:
150šC. Place in oven and let it cook for 30 minutes.
