My fiance and I loved these pancakes! It's the perfect amount of chocolate and fruit. I really love the way the banana adds a little extra texture and gets all gooey when you cook it. Will definitely cook this again. - 5/14/11

Tried these for Breakfast for Dinner night and they're a hit! My kids like them despite the wheat flour. Making small changes to their diet should be easy with delicious recipes like this! - 7/6/10

Very easy and delicious! I used 3 T applesauce instead of the oil and used egg substitute in place of the egg! Hubby loved them! By making these changes the cholesterol is lowered and that is what I try to keep track of for him. Thanks for a great recipe! - 11/15/08
