Lasagna Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef (at least 90%)1 Large Green Pepper1 medium Onion2 garlic cloves2 cans reduced sodium beef broth2 cans diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 c. frozen corn1/4 cup tomato paste2 tsp. italian seasoning1/4 tsp. pepper2 1/2 cups spiral pasta1/2 shredded Paramesan Cheese
In a large sauce pan, cook beef, ground pepper, onion and garlic over medium heat; drain.
Stir in broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stit in pasta, return to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 min. or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with Paramesan cheese.
Serving size: 1 1/3 cup.
Diabetic exchange: 2 lean meat, 2 vegetable, 1 1/2 starch
