Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoing Mix (for Chicken Tacos).1 tbsp. oil1 lb. boeless chicken breasts, cut into cubes or strips.1/2 cup water.8 taco shells or flour tortillas.
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.

3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with toppings as desired.

Toppings: Shredded Lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa or guacamole.
