mamaCD's Super Salad

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)1/4 cup. broccoli (low carb veg. as desired -- ie. cauliflower, green peppers, red cabbage, green onion etc.)2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing (or any dressing)4 ou. tuna (or other protein, chicken, beef)1 ou. grated cheddar cheese as a topper (if desired)
1. place protein at bottom of sealable plastic container
2. place chopped lettuce on top
3. add 1/4 c. brocolli (or other low carb veg or veg combo)
4. 2 tbsp. Kraft peppercorn Ranch dressing
put lid on, shake it up and eat it..great for lunch at work, top with grated cheddar cheese if desired
