Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Grain Flour1/4 cup Sugar (real sugar used for nutritional info, you can sub in Splenda if you wish)3/4 tsp Baking Powder3/4 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Allspice1 Egg White1 cup Milk2 tbs Orange Juice2 cups Blueberries
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.

Preheat Oven to 350*. Spray muffin pan, or line with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Mix well.
Whisk together egg white, milk, and orange juice.
Add wet to dry, and stir until just combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Divide batter between 12 muffin cups. Bake about 20 min.
Cool pan on wire rack about 5 min before removing muffins.
