Ingredients
500g Extra Lean Minced Beef1 cup Breadcrumbs1 Extra Large Egg1 Large Onion (Diced)1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce1 Tblspn Curry PowderSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well together. Grab half a handful of mixture and make into a pattie about 2 inches in diameter. Once all done, cook in a griller or a non-stick frypan for the healthier option. Can also be cooked in a pan with some olive oil for about 3 mins on each side.
