100 calorie cupcakes - Chocolate with Butterscotch

Ingredients
1 box (dry) Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix, 1 package Jell-o Sugar Free Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding mix 1 tub Cool Whip Free1 can Diet Doctor Pepper
Directions
Mix the cake mix with the diet soda as per the package directions (betty crocker calls for beating for 30 seconds on low and 2 minutes on medium)
Bake according to package directions

Defrost coolwhip on counter while baking. When defrosted (or mostly defrosted), add the pudding and whip together. You will need to whip for about 1-2 minutes at least, in order to incorporate the pudding so that it is no longer grainy.

Spread pudding/coolwhip frosting on cupcakes & enjoy.
