Peas a'la Hungary

1 1/2 tbsp butter1 1/2 tbsp flour1 can green peas1/2 cup skim milksalt to taste (optional)
Make a light brown rough by melting butter and flour together over medium heat.
Open can of peas.
When flour is light brown pour can of peas into mixture including the liquid from the can and the milk. Stir it to avoid lumps and bring it to a boil.
Great as a side dish or a main course.
Add more milk and you have a pea soup.
Slice some chicken or hot dogs into it and even your kids will like it.
A quick and healthy meal that's as easy as opening a can.
