Hungarian Beef Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb. stew beef3 carrots, peeled and sliced1 large onion,chopped1 can diced tomatoes1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp marjoram1/4 tsp caraway seeds, crushed 4 cups beef broth made with bouillion cubes
Directions
Saute onion in oil over medium high heat until golden. Add beef and brown, then remove to a separate plate. Add 1/2 cup of broth and scrape up brown bits from pot. Add paprika, marjoram and caraway seeds, cover and simmer 2 minutes. Add beef and back to pot, add carrots and broth to cover. Cover and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, stir, cover and simmer another hour. Serve over egg noodles.
