11/2 lbs lean ground turkey1 medium onion, diced1 8oz can diced green chilies1 16 oz can Mexican tomatoes, diced1 large can Red kidney beans1 16 oz can Chickpeas(Garbonzo beans1 16 oz can Navy beans1 Tablespoon Chili powder1 teaspoon Red pepper
Brown ground turkey with diced onions and green chilies. Add Chili powder and Red pepper. When meat is brown add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes. The longer it simmers the more the flavors blend.
You may want to add more spices according to your tastes.
Makes 16 1 cup servings. Also great with lettuce as taco salad.
