Macaroni Salad

1 lb elbow macaroni1/2 lb baby carrots1 medium onion4 stalks celery2 6oz light tuna in water1 c light mayonnaise1/2 c low-fat sour cream10 hard boiled eggs
Directions
Boil macaroni and eggs separately. Chop all eggs and veggies; combine with mayo & sour cream
