Cottage Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
20 oz. Ground Turkey2 tbsp. oregano2 tbsp. basil2 cups cottage cheese4 sheets of Solemia Lasagna (you can find at Sam's Club)2 1/2 cups Rago Spaghetti Sauce1 cup shredded Mozerella chees1 onion3 cloves garlic
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the cottage cheese with the dried spices. Saute up your chopped onion and garlic. Add the ground turkey to the onion and garlic. Cook until the meat is done.
Pour enough of the tomato sauce in a 8x10 glass lasagna dish to cover the bottom. Start layering your cottage cheese mixture with the meat mixture. Be sure to top the meat layer off with additional tomato sauce.
On the last sheet of lasagna, top it with the remaining sauce and the Mozzerella cheese.
Cook in the oven, covered with foil for 1 hour.
When 1 hour has passed, turn off the oven and take the foil off the lasagna.
Let sit in over to brown the cheese on top.

    Amazing recipe. I added a few more ingredients to the meat ( and used fresh herbs from my garden), and I used Prego chunky garden sauce with portobello mushrooms. Everyone loved it.... Oh yeah, and also used regular Mueller's Lasagne noodles. I loved the cottage cheese twist.... AMAZING! - 5/20/10
