Chicken or Beef Vegetable Barley Soup

1/2 C Dried Split Peas1/4 C uncooked Brown Rice1/2 C Uncooked Barley2 T Dried Parsley2 T Dehydrated Onion Flakes2 t Lawrys Seasoned Salt6 cubes Chicken or Beef Boullion1/2 t Lemon Pepper14 C Water1 C Chopped Celery1 C Chopped Carrots1 C Chopped Onion1 C Cooked Chopped Beef or Chicken
Directions
Add everything except cooked meat and simmer 110 minutes. Add chopped cooked Beef or Chicken simmer 10 minutes. Even better the second day! Makes approximately 10, 1 1/2 C servings
