Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
6 oz Ronzoni Elbow Macaroni1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil12 oz non fat evaporated milk1.5 cups 1% milk2 cups Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread2 tbsp minced onions
Directions
Toss cooked macaroni in 1 tbsp oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Makes (12) 1/2 cup servings.

    This recipe was good but does need more seasonings. It was a little bland. But my 8 year old son loved it. - 11/1/09

    Did you add any seasonings to it?
    My children won't eat it. They said it doesn't have the right color to it.
