Broccoli Chicken Dijon

Ingredients
1/2 C Chicken Broth1 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 Tbsp olive oil4 cups broccoli florets1 clove garlic1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in to strips2 Tbsp Grey Poupon dijon mustard
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

Mix chicken broth and soy sauce and set aside.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and garlic; cook and stir until crisp and tender. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min or until cooked through. Add broth mixture; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in mustard until well blended. Return broccoli mixture to skillet; mix lightly. Cook until heated through.
