Orange Scones

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup flour plus 1/4 cup for kneading and rolling1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 Tsugar1/2 stick buttergrated rind from one orange1 1/2 T vinegar6 T orange juice1 egg
Directions
Grate rind into medium bowl then mix in dry ingredients, then cut in butter. Make well in center. Drop in egg, orange juice and vinegar. With a fork beat the liquids a few strokes and then incorporate dry ingredients. Turn onto floured surface and knead 15 times or until it can be handled without sticking.. Pat into a 7"X7" square and cut into four squares, then half each square to make 8 triangles. Bake on greased sheet at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
