Directions
preheat oven to 375 degree. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and beaten eggs and mix well. Slowly stir in the fresh buttermilk and mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour into pan greased with cooking spray and bake for 1 hour at 375 degree.
