4 cups Mashed Fresh/Frozen Organic Raspberries1 cup Honey1/4 lemon juice3 tsp pomona citrus pectin3/4 cup of water12 t calcium water
Mash fruit, strain fruit, add honey adjust to taste, add lemon juice. Let mixture sit while you mix heat to boil water then add pectin and water to food processor mix until pecin is completely dissolved and thick. Stir in pectin then stir in calcium water until jell forms about 2 minutes. Fill jars to 1/2 inch and place immediatley in Freezer. lasts 1 week in refridgerator. May be softer set than cooked jam.
