Gumbo: low sodium

Ingredients
Chicken breast (1lb) diced and cookedchicken sausage (1lb) slicedShrimp (9 oz) pre cooked4 stalks celery sliced3 bell peppers diced (used red, yellow and orange)1 medium onioncayanne pepper (2 tsp)garlic powder (2 tsp)rosemary (2 tsp)thyme (2 tsp)4 cups low sodium Chicken broth
Directions
This was cooked in the crock pot for 4 hours. You could also make it on the stove and take about an hour to blend all the spices and flavors from the different meats. Makes about 12 - 1 cup servings. If you decide not to use the brown rice, then it takes the calories down to 90 calories per serving! My sister and I will definately make this again. You can add different spices or more of what is suggested, based on your heat preference!
