Ingredients
Self raising flour 225gButter 100gBrown sugar 100graisins 150geggs x 2Honey 2 tbspCarrots x 2Rind and juice of one orange1tsp mixed spice
Directions
Mix flour & butter together with fingers like making a crumble.
Add all other ingredients and mix together.
divide mixture into 24 bun cases/small muffin cases.

This recipe makes 24 small muffins or 12 standard sized. If making standard sized, double the nutritional values.
