ham pita sandwiches

Ingredients
1 lb cooked ham1- 8oz pk of cheese crumbles1 large tomatoe1 large onion1- 10 ounze pk of shredded lettuce3-4 tbsp of mirical whip lite dressing1 pk of wheat pita bread
Directions
Dice the ham, tomatoe, and onion.
Mix all ingrediences in a large bowel.
Cut the pita bread in half to allow filling with above mixture.
This makes 20 - 1/2 cup servings

This requires no cooking and is nice for that fast meal with left overs to package for a few meals.
