BROWNIES15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed1/2 cup agave nectar1/2 cup self-rising flour1/2 cup egg whites1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa2 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder6 tbsp mini chocolate chipsFROSTING6 oz fat free cream cheese1/4 cup agave nectar1 tbsp vanilla2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all brownie ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a blender or food processor until smooth. Scrape sides, then blend for 20 seconds more. Add chocolate chips, stir in with a spoon. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 1 hour at room temperature.
FROSTING: Use a wisk attachment on a hand-held blender to mix all frosting ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a small bowl. Mix until light and fluffy. Spread mixture evenly over cooled brownies. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the 2 tbsp chocolate chips with a spray of cooking oil. Using a spoon, drizzle chocolate over the frosting. Allow to set in refridgerator for 20 minutes. Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
