Ingredients
2 full boneless chicken breast, no skin1/4 cup course ground mustard2 Tbsp Honey Mustard2 Tbsp Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13" baking dish with Pam. Mix honey and mustards in a small bowl and spread on both sides of chicken breasts. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is cut.

Great served with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes (not included in nutritionals)

    This recipe was easy to make and tasted great. I cut the chicken breast into strips and then put the honey mustard mix on befroe baking. Served with rice and broccoli. - 2/15/10
