Ingredients
Cauliflower, egg substitute and Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat gas grill.
Wash the head of cauliflower to remove any debris. Cut off the green leafy outer pieces and remove the core. Cut the head into four evenly-sized pieces. Par-boil in a pot of water on the stove until almost cooked all the way (you should be able pierce the cauliflower with a fork and have it gently fall off the fork).
Remove from stove. Drain the water. Transfer each of the four pieces of cauliflower to its own large piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle the egg substitute over the cauliflower and then sprinkle on the grated parmesan cheese.
Fold sides of foil towards the top center but do not crush--you want to leave an area for the steam to vent.
Place each pouch of cauliflower on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. You'll know when it's done when the cheese and egg mixture has combined to form a cheesy crust over the cauliflower.
Use caution when removing from the grill as contents will be extremely hot!
