Ingredients
Cabbage, raw, 2 cup, choppedScallions, raw, sliced 1 largeCilantro, raw chopped, 2 tbspSoy Sauce, 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Red Chili Falkes, .5 tsp Low Carb Pasta, Penne, 3/4 cupSnow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup steamedGinger Root, .5 tsp grated
Directions
Cook pasta and steam pea pods lightly (or throw the pea pods in with the pasta for the last minute or two), then mix all the ingredients together. I usually make pasta and pea pods ahead of time and keep in the fridge for quick lunches during the week. Or replace the pea pods with broccoli. It makes a ton of food and it's very filling. Delish!
