Boneless Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup flour1/2 cup breadcrumbs2 egg whites4 tbsp frank's redhot wing saucesalt & pepper to tastegarlic powder to tasteonion powder to taste
Directions
cut chicken breast up into nugget-sized pieces.
dip or shake chicken pieces in egg whites until coated.
add flour and breadcrumbs plus salt and pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a large plastic bag - add chicken and shake to coat.
bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until nuggets are starting to get brown and crunchy on the outside.
toss with franks redhot sauce before serving.
makes 4 servings.
