MEXICAN BLACK BEAN STEW

1 small bag dried black beans(soaked & drained)1 large can tomatoes1 16 oz bag frozen corn5-6 carrots , sliced1 small onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced1 pkg McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix1 tsp cumin1 tsp salt1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, and rinsed in colander.
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Add to pot and cook with 6 cups water for 1 hour on medium heat. Add all other ingredients except ground beef. In skillet, cook ground beef and drain well. (rinse in colander)
Add to pot.
Cook on low 2 hours or until beans are tender.
I usually cook all this in my crockpot.
