Black Bean-Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup diced mango1 Roma tomato, diced1/2 cup orange bell pepper, diced1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced1/4 cup onion, diced1 Tbsp jalapeņo pepper, minced1 Tbsp fresh cilantro1 Tbsp minced garlic2 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp red wine vinegar1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix beans, mango, tomato, bell peppers, onion, jalapeņo, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper and stir. Serve, or cover and chill up to 1 day.
