Sun-dried Tomato Aļoli

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fat free plain yogurt1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes1/4 cup skim milk1 Tbsp minced garlic1/4 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp lemon zest1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Process all ingredients in a food processor 15 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
