Ingredients
3 cups roasted chicken breast , chopped or diced2 large ribs celery, diced2/3 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup light mayonnaiseSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, cranberries, and mayonnaise in large bowl. Mix to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve as sandwich or as a part of a green salad.

Makes seven (7) 1/2 cup servings.
