1 pound thin sliced top or bottom round steak1 large onion, cut into chunks6 to 8 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon garlic powder1/4 cup water1 beef bouillon cube
Cut round steaks in 1-inch strips, trimming off all excess fat. Put strips into crock pot. Over this add onion chunks, garlic powder, bouillon cub and soy sauce. Pour water over meat mixture. Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Serve over brown rice with steamed vegetables.
