Ingredients
3/4 c Onions, raw, chopped ¼ c. Green Peppers, chopped1 ¼ c Vegeburger10.5 oz Tomato Puree 1 t. Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)½ t. Oregano, ground1 t. Garlic, Minced 1/2 t. Parsley, dried1t. Vegemite4 Whole Wheat Buns
Directions
Saute onions and peppers in oil rubbed pan.
(use 1-2 tablespoon water to keep from burning.
Add vegeburger, tomato puree, seasonings.
Simmer until thick.
Split burger buns and put rounded 1/4 c. burger mix on each half of bun
Garnish
