Pork and Hominy Stew

Ingredients
4 - Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops), deboned 2 cans - Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 can - Hominy3/4 cup - Onions, raw1/4 cup - Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped 2 tbsp. - Corn Starch 2 tbsp - Canola Oil, 2 tbsp 2 cloves - Garlic1/2 cup - Water chestnuts slices1 cup - Carrots, raw, chopped
Directions
Tim fat from pork and chop into bite size pieces. Saute in oil. Remove from pan. Saute onion, greem pepper, and garlic in remaining oil. Add broth, carrots, homiy and water chestnuts. Cook until carrots are tender. Add pork mixture. Mix cornstarch with broth and cook until thicken.
