Ingredients
1 stick butter2 pkgs cream cheese2 c powered sugar1 tsp vanilla4 c flour1c powered sugar 2-3 tbl lemon juice
cream butter and cream cheese
blend in 2c sugar, vanilla and flour
pat into 1/2 sheet pan bake 20-30 min at 275- until bottom is just browned top will be light
cut into small squares while still hot
mix 1c sugar and lemon juice to make icing
pour over hot cookies
let cool and enjoy
