1 lb. ground turkey1 lb. ground pork1/2 cup brown rice1/4 cup garlic, mincedoregano, chopped 2 tspparsley, 2 tsp chopped1 egg1 cup chopped fresh asparagus2 cup Zucchini, sliced1/2 cup tomato, chopped1/2 cup onion, chopped2 large potatos, cubed1/2 cup Parsnips, slicedKnorr Caldo De Tomate bouillian, 5 TspWyler's Chicken Bouillian cubes, 5 cubes10 cup water
Heat water to boiling and add bouillian. If bland add more to taste. In seperate bowl mix ground turkey and ground pork, add chopped parsley, garlic, oregano, egg and rice. Blend well and roll inti 1-2 inch meatballs, drop gently into low boiling boullian. Chop all remaining ingredients and add to soup base. let simmer for approx 30 minutes or until veggies are cooked through. Serve 1 cup servings with chopped Cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice on top.
