Low-fat hummus

Ingredients
1 can organic chickpeas (garbanzo beans)2 Tbsp Tahini3 cloves garlic1 tsp salt
Directions
Drain chickpeas, reserving 1/2 cup liquid

Pour chickpeas and reserved liquid into blender and pulse until fairly smooth.

Add garlic, tahini, and salt and pulse until smooth.

Makes 6 servings as a side dish.
