Bow Tie Pasta Salad W/ Lemon Garlic Dressing

8 oz. bow tie pasta1 pound shrimp, tail on, cooked6-8 grape tomatoes, halved1/2 cup walnut halves or piecessalt and coarsely ground black pepperLemon Garlic Dressing2 cloves garlic, crushed, minced1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oiljuice and zest of 1 medium to large lemon2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
Cook pasta in boiling water, following package directions; drain under cold running water. In medium bowl add cooled pasta, tomatoes, shrimp, and walnuts. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
In blender or or jar, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad, tossing lightly.
Serves 4 hearty or 6 small salads.
