Whole Wheat Empanada Dough

Ingredients
Empanada Dough:3 T Butter1 T Olive Oil1/2 T Vinegar1/2 C Water1/2 t Salt2 C Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
Boil all ingredients except flour. Add flour to warm ingredients and combine until smooth. Knead until dough is firm. Divide into 6 disks and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Roll to 1/4 in when ready to make empanadas. Fill with pre-cooked filling of choice, fold over and seal with egg wash. Bake at 350 until light brown.
