Sugar Free Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Ingredients
Hot Cocoa Swiss Sugar Free, 1 serving Oil, 3 tbsp Egg, 1 large Water, 3 tbspSalt, 1 dash (optional)
Directions
Mix ingredients well in a large mug.

Using a 1000 Watt microwave oven, bake for 2 minutes and 46 seconds. As it bakes, a cylinder of cake will start to rise out of the mug. When it is done, it will settle back into the mug.

The handle and the mug will be very hot, so use a pot holder to remove it from the oven. Wait at least five minutes before eating because cake will be very hot also.

Clean up - Although cooking spray helps, the cup may need soaking for easing cleaning.
