Ground beef, lean, 16 oz or ground sausageCabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Beans, Kidney beans, 16 oz. can (Do not drain) or Chili BeansTomatoes, 28 oz, can (Do not drain)Garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp Garlic salt, 1/4 tsp Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large choppedWater, 4 cupBeef bouillon cubes, low sodium, 4 teaspoon
Brown mean with onion, and garlics. In a Dutch Oven or stock pot add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for an hour.
