Salmon Loaf

2 cans (14.75 oz) pink salmon, drained1 sleeve Saltine Crackers, crushed2 eggs, lightly beaten1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup evaporated milk1 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley
Heat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan.
Place salmon in large bowl and flake with fork.
Mix in crushed crackers, beaten egg, soup, milk, and spices. (I just use my hands). Spread into prepared loaf pan. Bake about 45 minutes.
I slice this into 8 servings.
