Banana Cocoa Brownies

1/4 cup bananas, mashed1/4 cup canola oil2/3 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs1/2c self-raising flour6T cocoa powder1/8t salt
Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9x9" pan lightly.
Combine the bananas, butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Then add the flour, cocoa, and salt, and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan (it will be pretty liquidy) and place in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the brownies just begin to pull away from the side of the pan.
Let cool, then cut into 16 brownies.
