Ingredients
Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp (remove)Light Margarine, tub, .5 serving (remove)*Quaker Instant Oatmeal
Directions
Finely dice apple, sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon. Add margarine and microware long enough to melt the margarine. Add oatmeal to mixture and stir. Pour onto one half of the tortilla and cook in frying pan or quesadilla press until brown/crispy.

    We used our quesadilla maker, but it was too much filling for one tortilla folded over. We added cinnamon and placed the filling between 2 tortillas, topped them with a TBSP of Whipped Topping and everyone wanted to know when we would have them again! - 2/18/10
