Ingredients
Directions
1) Cauliflower - 1 medium, remove the florets and wash 2) Onion - 1 chopped3) Tomato - 1 chopped4) Salt to taste5) Tumeric powder - 1 tsp6) Flax seed powder - 1 tsp7) Garam Masala - 1 tsp8) Chili Powder - 1 tsp9) Coriander powder - 1 tsp10) Cumin powder - 1 tsp11) Cumin seeds - 1 tsp12) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp13) Olive oil - 1 tsp
1) Boil some water and add the cauliflower florets and cook till they are done.
2) In a pan, add a tsp of olive oil, warm it but do not let it smoke and then add the cumin seeds.
3) Add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
4) Add the onions, tumeric powder, salt, chilly powder, coriander and cumin powder as well as the garam masala and saute till the onions turn translucent.
5) Add the chopped tomatoes with the flax seed powder and saute. Add a tbsp of water.
6) Add the cauliflower florets and saute. Cover and let this cook on a low flame for about ten minutes.
This gives around 6 1/2 cup servings.
