Orange Teryaki Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 bad frozen stir fry vegetables with noodles4 (12 oz total) Chicken breast (leftover or pre-baked), slicednon-stick pan spray1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed3 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp Soy sauceJuice from 1 orange1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional)(2 Tbsp water, if needed)
Directions
Spray a saute pan with non-stick spray, heat over medium.

Add bag of vegetables, cook until most of the liquid is gone. Add chicken, cook until heated through.

In a small bowl combine garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and orange juice. Reduce heat to low, pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, toss to coat. If sauce is too think thin it down with the water some before adding, cook a few minutes to thicken it if it's too thin.

Remove from heat and drizzle sesame oil on top. Give it 1 final toss and serve.

Makes 4 servings. Nutritional info includes the sesame oil.
