Claire's Sketti Sauce for Picky Eaters (1/2 C)

Ingredients
2 32-oz Jars of Ragu Tomato/Spaghetti Sauce (Traditional flavor)1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef1 Pound Ground Sage Bulk Sausage 1 Small Onion, finely chopped2 Cloves Garlic, minced1/2 to 1 tsp Oregano1 to 2 Tbls Parsley1/2 to 1 tsp dried Thyme1/2 to 1 tsp dried Rosemary1 tsp to 1 Tbls dried Basil1/4 to 1/2 tsp Anise Seed1 Tbls Italian Seasoning1/4 to 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
Directions
Brown ground beef and sausage in a large pot - drain fat when done. Add onions to beef/sausage mixture and cook until they become translucent. Add garlic and remaining seasonings, cooking until well-combined and aroma is heavenly. Add Ragu sauce and heat through.

Makes about 32 1/2-cup servings.
