Chicken Salad Burgers

Ingredients
24 oz Minced Chicken.25 cup Diced Celery.25 cup Diced Onion1 Large Egg.5 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
chop chicken, onions, and celery
mix together in bowl,
add egg and bread crumbs
mix well, then form into patties (I tend to make 5 nice sized ones)
cook until patties are firm (I recommend a george foreman grill)
