Salmon Patties: Quick and Easy

Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon1 egg1 tablespoon Lemon Juice1 teaspoon onion powder1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal2 Tablespoon 2% milk
Directions
Drain and clean salmon
Put into bowl
Add remaining ingredients
Form into 4 patties and Place under broiler for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
If you put foil under the patties, it makes simple cleanup.
